4. Free Machine Placement
We may offer vending machines at no cost where locations meet our criteria (e.g. footfall, accessibility, and demand).
UrbanVend reserves the right to:
- Approve or decline installation requests
- Remove machines if minimum usage levels are not met
- Relocate or replace machines when necessary
5. Installation & Access
You agree to:
- Provide safe and suitable access for installation and maintenance
- Ensure availability of necessary utilities (e.g. electricity)
- Allow reasonable access for restocking and servicing
Delays caused by lack of access may affect service delivery.
6. Ownership of Equipment
All vending machines remain the property of UrbanVend unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must not:
- Tamper with, move, or modify the machine
- Attempt repairs independently
7. Maintenance & Repairs
UrbanVend will:
- Maintain machines in good working condition
- Respond to faults within a reasonable timeframe
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or external factors beyond our control.
8. Products & Pricing
We aim to provide a consistent range of quality products. However:
- Product availability may vary
- Prices may be adjusted at our discretion
- We may update product selections based on demand
9. Payments
All vending machines are equipped with cashless payment systems. Transactions are processed via third-party payment providers.
UrbanVend is not liable for:
- Payment processing errors outside our control
- Temporary system outages
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- UrbanVend shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of services provided
